5 Tips for Using Agrello in a Remote Team
Hybrid working and fully remote ways of working have become increasingly popular in the last few years (especially given the pandemic lockdowns)- and it can be amazing. Who wouldn’t want the flexibility to work in some cool locations like the beach or awesome co working spaces?
However, with remote working can come a little bit of a hiccup when it comes to contracts. If you have a team distributed around the world, it isn’t exactly easy to get contracts signed in person, and who wants to use a fax machine or the post in 2022?
Luckily, Agrello is here to help. Today, we’re giving you 5 tips on using Agrello when you have a remote team.
1- Use the spaces feature
When you have a remote team, collaboration through online tools is absolutely key- whether this be on Slack, Google Drive or Pipedrive. In Agrello, it’s no different. You can create team spaces for your teams, where documents are shared and can be collaborated on all together. You can even have templates for your teams; for example, you could have a team space for your remote sales team, and a sales contract template that the whole sales team can use and re use again and again for perfect contracts every time.
2- Take advantage of Zapier connections
Talking of online collaboration tools, you can really unlock your powers of contract creation by using Zapier connections with Agrello. This way, for example, you can have your contracts in Google Drive, and automatically upload them to Agrello to be processed and signed.

3- Use the sharing feature
With Agrello’s sharing feature, it’s easy to send a document for signing to anyone, wherever they are in the world, as long as they have a valid email address. This means that whoever you need to send a contract to, whether it be a business partner, investor, or future employee, wherever they are located, you can send your contracts easily and quickly in Agrello.
4- Sign using the Agrello signature
Agrello has a native signature which can be used by anybody, wherever they are. The Agrello signature works by adding a cryptographic fingerprint into a “space” created within a PDF document. This means that when you sign with the Agrello signature, you are embedding a visual, cryptographic version of your signature into a PDF. Of course, the rules and regulations around e signatures are different in every country, but generally the Agrello signature will be sufficient for the vast majority of use cases. That means that whatever your team needs to sign- employment contracts, sales contracts or collaboration agreements, it can be done without ever needing to leave Agrello.
5- Set Reminders
In a busy, dynamic, remote team it can sometimes get a little bit hectic and hard to remember when things are expiring or when they’re due to be renewed. Luckily, with Agrello, you can set reminders on documents. Simply set a reminder for a date you choose, and add a note to go along with it, and you’ll get an email on that day reminding you of whatever action needs to happen with that document.
So, with Agrello there’s no need to fret about your contracts if you’re in a remote team, you can easily execute your contracts wherever your team is located.
