Overview of 2020

Starting the year with changes
The end of 2019 brought painful but much needed changes to Agrello. We worked with forming the strongest team ever. Went through several changes to the very core of the product development. It was necessary to make a fresh start in 2020. And so it all started.
At the very beginning of the year, Jarmo joined Agrello as Head of Product and Business Development. In Q1 we cleaned up, played with several new ideas, experimented and tried new things. Some things that came to my mind are vision workshops. We had a blast thinking outside the box to come up with new ideas like Game .ID, Access Management, Google Doc's add on, etc. You probably already know that Google Docs add on is already available for you. So don’t hesitate to start using it → https://bit.ly/3oWRamC.

Journey of the product development
Q1 ended with Covid-19, it did not slow us down and we continued with various improvements to the product. Due to the growth of mobile channels and Covid-19, we started focusing on end users. In June, we unlocked payments, which was a historic milestone for the company - we established a revenue model with three different subscription forms. And we are really proud that the Agrello user can always stay on FREE subscription when there are few documents to sign every month.
For us, it's very important that we give the Agrello community the opportunity to go digital and start saving those trees by changing our daily habits. Our team definitely sees it as a mission to rid the world of expensive and time-consuming paperwork. For this reason, we offer the basic model of the Agrello digital signatures absolutely free.
More strong updates
The third quarter was all about learning and becoming more user-centric. The idea of the visual signature was born and crystallised. Among them, we also had ideas about recovery and the 'Teams' account. We started to get into the details of the longer term vision and our desired position in the market. Finally, Henrik joined the team with the daunting task of rewriting the Agrello application for iOS.

In the fourth quarter, we released a number of updates. A new look and feel for Android, the first update for iOS in ages, visual signature, Easy-Share and many other small updates. DLT payments are in the works, as is the new iOS onboarding flow with visual signature support. None of this could have been established without the hard work of the entire Agrello team.
Thank you all for signing your documents with Agrello
So this is the end of 2020, we have come a long way and accomplished a lot, but we are not there yet. We still have a lot of work to do. The year 2021 will bring more product updates and even more experimentation with different features that the Agrello users are looking forward to.

We are immensely grateful for all the users who have chosen the Agrello digital signature to sign their documents. Thank you all for your honest feedback, which gives our entire team more ideas to bring you these helpful features. There is definitely more to come and we will always keep you updated.
As we approach the holiday season, I want to take a moment to say thank you!
Happy Holidays and see you soon in the new year!
