Can I try Agrello for free?+
Yes. Basic plans include a 14-day free trial with full features. It covers everything you need for signing documents, and no credit card is required to start. For Standard and Premium packages, please contact support.
Can I start with Basic and upgrade later?+
Yes. You can start with Basic and move to Standard or Premium when your process requires bulk actions, advanced workflows, or custom packaging. Reach out to Support and we will help you make the change.
Why are some features marked as “Available on request”?+
These capabilities are configured based on account setup, expected volume, and support scope. We confirm entitlement and pricing during onboarding.
Do you support annual billing?+
Yes. Most customers prefer annual billing because it reduces accounting overhead. Monthly billing is also available.
What counts toward document limits?+
Sent documents count toward package volume. Draft-only documents that are never sent do not count toward your signing quota.
